The hotel with a nice size rooms, in a very nice area, to the shopping streets. Well-trained, hard-working staff on the reception desk. Freshly cooked breakfast on a non refundable rate, alcoholic drinks...

Fairly basic breakfast.

The hotel is ideally located next to the river and Chester Racecourse. It was easy to get a Wheelchair Accessible room with amenities like a hairdryer and private views. The breakfast was freshly made and included a variety of savory options.

The room was nicely renovated, and the staff provided excellent service, the breakfast was delicious.

They serve a delicious hot breakfast here that includes poached eggs and toast, which is reasonably priced.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable, clean room and amazing amenities like bathrobes and quality toiletries. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the town center, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The staff were wonderful - so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The spa was a great bonus, with a relaxing swimming pool and jacuzzi. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and close to the river. The hotel had great facilities, including a leisure center and a spacious bar and dining area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near Chester centre, making it easy to explore the town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel offers good conference facilities and a pleasant bar area. The breakfast is tasty and offers a variety of options.

The parking spaces in the hotel car park are small and tight, which could be inconvenient for guests with larger vehicles.

I loved our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The location was perfect for exploring the historic attractions and using public transport. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always accommodating and with a smile. We were given an upgrade to an Executive room, which was quiet and made our stay even better. The restaurant served excellent meals, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety of options. The spa and pool facilities were also enjoyable. highly recommended!

We stayed in a private Club lounge area, which was a bit difficult to reach due to roadworks, but once we got there, the location was perfect. Right in the center of town, everything was nearby, including shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city skyline. The breakfast in the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

The access to the hotel was a bit challenging due to ongoing roadworks, which made it a bit inconvenient to navigate.
